CDR2CSV

This page is still to come – sorry! A quick summary though – do you have a Nortel BCM PABX? I think it is one of the greatest PABXs I’ve used. Out of the box it supports call detail recording (CDR). The problem is, you need to buy expensive call accounting software to decipher the CDR files and present meaningful information.

So – I wrote my own. Essentially CDR2CSV converts a directory full of CDR files (or, just a single one if you prefer) into CSV files suitable for handling in Excel with all detail for a call presented on a single row, with consistent columns.
